Terms of Service

1. Service description

Creator Analytics Dashboard (the «Service») is an internal analytics tool of Business Hub. The Service is not a public product and is provided only to authorised Business Hub employees and to creators connected via OAuth.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service (including connecting OAuth accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — do not use the Service.

3. Account responsibilities

• Team members are responsible for keeping their credentials safe and use 2FA for admin roles
• Creators grant permission to read public and authorised metrics via OAuth and may revoke this permission at any time
• Using another person's credentials is prohibited

4. Permitted use

The Service may be used only for:

• Internal analytics by the Business Hub team
• Calculating KPI and creator compensation
• Content strategy planning
• Testing content hypotheses

The following is prohibited:

• Sharing data with third parties without permission
• Using creator data for purposes not agreed with the creator
• Attempts to bypass authentication or rate limits
• Automated scraping of Service data
• Any use that violates the terms of the platforms (TikTok / Meta / YouTube) whose APIs we rely on

5. Third-party APIs and compliance

The Service uses the official APIs of the following platforms via creator OAuth authorisation:

• TikTok — TikTok Open Platform (Login Kit, Display API)
• Meta — Instagram Graph API, Threads API, Facebook Graph API
• Google — YouTube Data API v3, YouTube Analytics API

Use of each platform's data is governed by that platform's own Terms of Service and Developer Policies. The Service complies with all platform requirements, including:

• Not sharing OAuth tokens with third parties
• Not using platform data for advertising, ML outside agreed analytics, or resale
• Deleting user data within 30 days after OAuth access is revoked

6. Data ownership

All publication, metric, and comment data belongs to the respective platforms and creators. The Service is only an interface for display and temporary storage for the purposes of internal Business Hub analytics.

Creators retain all rights to their content. Connecting OAuth is a grant of permission to read public and basic insights, not a transfer of rights.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated. For material changes, all users will be notified via the UI at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

8. Termination

Access to the Service may be revoked for violation of these terms. A creator may at any time revoke OAuth permission in their social network's settings — this will automatically halt collection of their data.

9. Liability

The Service is provided «as is». Business Hub is not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical maintenance
• Inaccuracies in data obtained from external platform APIs
• Changes and limitations imposed by TikTok, Meta, Google on their APIs

Maximum liability of Business Hub is compensation for direct damages caused by gross negligence.

10. Governing law

Any disputes are resolved under the applicable law agreed in the cooperation agreement with Business Hub.
